Premed Advisory Program (PAP)
The Premed Advisory Program (PAP) is a statewide nonprofit organization founded to support, mentor, and uplift first-generation and pre-health students across Washington — with a special focus on early undergraduates, such as first- and second-year premed students.
What began at Washington State University has grown into a student-powered movement, uniting aspiring doctors and healthcare leaders from diverse campuses under one mission: to break barriers and build belonging.
Through peer mentorship, foundational workshops, and guided support, PAP helps early-stage premed students gain clarity, confidence, and community during the most uncertain part of their journey.
